Location:

Locations of services provided: Office, Telephone, Remote/Zoom, Other locations as requested or as needed.

Payment:

All fees are due at the time of service.

Types of payment: cash, check, major credit cards.

I offer a sliding scale, and will do my best to accommodate you, according to your specific needs /ability to pay. Don't hesitate to call and ask about a reduced rate if this is holding you back from accessing therapy.

Insurance:

Although I am not accepting insurance at this time, it may be possible that your insurance provider can cover all or a portion of your cost of my services. I recommend that you contact your insurance provider and ask about the specifics of your benefits. Some helpful questions to ask are:

  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it/has it been met?
  • Is there a limit to how many therapy sessions I can have per year?
  • Do I need a referral from my primary care doctor in order for my mental health services to be covered?
  • Does my plan include coverage for an out of network provider?

Cancellation Policy

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 24 hours (1 day) notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment. The full fee will be charged for missed sessions without notification.
